Where are your products manufactured?
Our fasteners are manufactured in China through carefully managed production processes that follow strict quality standards. We work closely with our manufacturing teams to ensure every product meets our specifications for performance, consistency, and durability.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
What is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 20 to 45 days, depending on order volume, product type, and production schedule. We will provide an estimated shipping date upon order confirmation.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples under the following conditions:
• Standard fasteners: Free samples are provided, and clients only need to cover the freight cost.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1000 KG. This threshold is set to optimize freight costs and ensure efficient shipment handling for international orders.
How do you guarantee quality?
We maintain strict quality control throughout production to ensure all fasteners meet international standards. Our quality assurance includes:
✅ Raw Material Inspection – Verifying material quality before production
✅ In-Process Checks – Monitoring key dimensions and properties during manufacturing
✅ Final Inspection – Testing for accuracy, hardness, and tensile strength

What is your shipping term?
We typically ship FOB Ningbo, meaning the buyer is responsible for all costs and risks from the port of departure onward, including freight, insurance, and import duties.
