You can place an order by contacting our sales team via email. Once the order is confirmed, we will begin processing it after receiving the 30% deposit. When will my order be shipped? Orders will be processed and shipped after full payment is received. The exact shipping time depends on the order volume and production lead time, typically ranging from 30-60 calendar days. Can I modify or cancel my order? Once the order is confirmed and production scheduling begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled. We only accept wire transfer (T/T) payments and do not accept checks, credit cards, or other payment methods. Are there any additional fees I need to pay? Under FOB terms, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs from the port of shipment to the final destination.
