Frequently Asked Questions 1. About Our Products What are the specifications of your products? Our products include a variety of standard and custom fasteners. Detailed specifications can be found on the product pages or by contacting our customer service team for more information. Do you offer custom products? Yes, we offer custom products. You can provide us with the required dimensions, materials, and other specifications, and we will manufacture the products according to your needs.   2. About Orders How do I place an order? You can place an order by contacting our sales team via email. Once the order is confirmed, we will begin processing it after receiving the 30% deposit. When will my order be shipped? Orders will be processed and shipped after full payment is received. The exact shipping time depends on the order volume and production lead time, typically ranging from 30-60 calendar days. Can I modify or cancel my order? Once the order is confirmed and production scheduling begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.   3. About Payments What payment methods do you accept? We only accept wire transfer (T/T) payments and do not accept checks, credit cards, or other payment methods. Are there any additional fees I need to pay? In addition to the product price, you may need to pay applicable taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties. These fees will be specified during the order confirmation.   4. About Returns and Exchanges Can I return or exchange my order? Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is defective or if you received the wrong item. Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 business days of receiving the goods, and the products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. How do I process a return or exchange? Please submit your return or exchange request to our customer service team. They will provide you with the necessary steps and return address.   5. About Shipping What does FOB mean? FOB (Free On Board) means that the risk and responsibility for the goods are transferred to the customer once the goods are loaded onto the transport vessel at the agreed port of shipment. Tuhu Fasteners arranges the transportation to the port, but the customer assumes responsibility from that point onward. Who is responsible for shipping costs? Under FOB terms, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs from the port of shipment to the final destination. This includes freight, insurance, customs duties, and any additional shipping fees.   6. Other Common Questions Do you accept international orders? Yes, we accept international orders. Shipping costs and customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer. What customer support do you offer? We offer support via email, and live chat to assist you throughout the order process. Does your quotation include taxes and shipping fees? No, our quotations are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees.
